Refund policy

The plain rule

If you bought a Base and you're not happy in the first 14 days, email sarthakagrawal927@gmail.com and we refund. No interrogation. We'd rather refund a few unhappy buyers than build a reputation for stonewalling.

The fine print

  • Use It and Own It: full refund within 14 days, even after you downloaded.
  • Remix It: refund is full if the remix hasn't started; partial (work performed) if it has.
  • Launch It: refund pro-rata against the hours we've already spent. We share a rough log on request.
  • Managed Hosting: cancel any time; we don't refund the current month, but we don't auto-renew you either.
  • Chargebacks: please email us first. We'd rather refund directly than fight a chargeback.

What we won't refund

Past 14 days, when the limitation you're hitting is one we listed honestly on the Base page, or when you've used the source to ship a product that's now in production. In those cases we'll work with you on a Fix Pack or Remix run instead.

How to request: email sarthakagrawal927@gmail.com with your order email and the Base slug. We reply within 3 business days and refund within 5.
