The rules of the marketplace.

1. What you're buying

You're buying a Base: a verified working software starting point. The specific deliverable depends on the tier — Use It (compiled app or access), Own It (source code), Remix It (a scoped customisation), Launch It (deployment help), Managed Hosting (recurring).

2. License

Default buyer license: you own your purchased copy. You can modify, deploy, and use it commercially. You can't redistribute the unchanged source as a competing listing, can't claim affiliation with named alternatives, and must respect any third-party API or service terms baked into the Base. Per-Base licenses on the listing page may add or relax terms; the listing wins on conflict.

3. What we promise

• Every listed Base was reviewed and worked at the time of its last verified date shown on the listing.
• The deliverable described in the tier you purchased will be sent to your email within 7 days for manual fulfillment, or immediately if the listing is marked instant.
• If we can't deliver, we refund — see refund policy.

4. What we don't promise

• That a Base will fit your specific use case beyond what its listing claims.
• Unlimited support, customization, or rewrites — those are tiered (Fix Pack / Remix / Launch).
• Uptime or SLAs unless you're on Managed Hosting, where its specific terms apply.
• That third-party services the Base integrates with (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, …) will keep their pricing or terms.

5. Creator obligations

If you submit a Base, you confirm you have the right to license its contents to buyers, that the listing copy is accurate, and that the declared limitations are honest. We may remove listings that fail re-verification or violate the trust standard.

6. Prohibited use

Don't use the marketplace, an API, or a Base to harass, deceive, violate someone else's terms, or build something illegal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant Base in the past 12 months. The marketplace is provided "as is".

8. Changes

When these terms materially change, we update the date at the top. Continued use after a material change means you accept the update. If you don't, email us and we'll refund any unredeemed tier.
